Frequently asked questions
1. CAN I BOOK THE MEETING ROOM IF I AM NOT A MEMBER AT VELVET SPACE?
Yes, we also accept external bookings. You can simply fill out the request form to send us your preferred time and date and we’ll get back to you shortly after. Let us know if you have any special requests like a booking on a Saturday or Sunday.
2. I HAVE A VERY SPONTANEOUS MEETING! CAN I BOOK ONE OF YOUR ROOMS?
If you have a spontaneous meeting just give us a quick call under +49 89 20179292 and we’ll do everything possible to accomodate you.
3. HOW DO I PAY?
Once the booking is over you’ll receive an invoice to your email address. You can pay via bank transfer or with a debit and credit card. Just let us know if you want to pay with card and we’ll show you where to do this in the booking system.
