1. IS THERE SUCH A THING AS A SIGN UP FEE FOR THE FIRST MONTH?
No, we don’t like hidden costs, so our memberships are all inclusive and no additional fees are taken.
2. CAN YOU ALSO SCAN MY POST?
We do offer a scanning service for an additional fee. Every Monday we open your incoming mail, scan it and send it to you by email. Just let us know if you’d like to add the scan service to your Virtual Office membership.
3. WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
To start your Virtual Office membership, you’ll need to sign a contract and verify your identity.
As a provider of business addresses, we are legally obliged under the German Money Laundering Act (GwG) to identify all our contractual partners, and we take this obligation seriously. We therefore need:
– Individuals: a copy of a valid ID card or passport
– Companies: a current commercial register extract (Handelsregisterauszug) and a copy of the ID card or passport of the beneficial owner
We cannot start a membership until identification is complete. Please note that this service is only available if you have a private address in Germany.
4. CAN I USE THE VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICE IF I AM BASED OUTSIDE GERMANY OR THE EU?
Our Virtual Office service is primarily intended to protect your private German address. If you are based outside Germany or the EU, please contact us per email. We will review your situation individually and let you know whether we can offer the service in your case.

How it works
Four steps from your first email to a business address in Maxvorstadt. Here is a short description of the steps:
1.identification
We will need to identify you first with a valid ID or passport. If you are applying on behalf of a company, we will also need the relevant company and beneficial owner information.
2.registration
After the identification we will send you a short onboarding form for your contact and business details. It takes a few minutes and you only do it once.
3.review
We check your information and documents against the applicable German legal requirements. Once everything is in order, we prepare your Virtual Office contract.
4.welcome
As soon as the contract is signed, your membership starts and your German business address is live and we forward your mail every Monday, postage included.
