1. CAN I STOP BY FOR A FREE TRIAL DAY?
You can send us an e-mail in which you let us know what type of membership (Hot or Dedicated Desk Membership) you are considering. We do not offer free trial days as we have very affordable half day passes for 5h of work which are 21€ (excl. 19% VAT) including coffee, water and tea. 🙂 If you do decide to book a membership we do substract the 21€ (excl. 19% VAT) from your membership.
2. IS THERE SUCH A THING AS A SIGN UP FEE FOR THE FIRST MONTH?
No, we don’t like hidden costs, so our memberships are all inclusive and no additional fees are taken.
3. CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT DESK EVERY DAY?
Yes. Our Hot Desk membership gives you access to the open space area, so you can choose a different available desk whenever you like.
4. I’M A NIGHT OWL, CAN I STAY AND WORK UNTIL MIDNIGHT?
With your hot desk membership you have 24/7 access to velvet space. Yet, we recommend to always keep an eye on our event calendar in case there is something happening in our open space area after 6pm or on weekends. But don’t worry, we’ll always find a desk for you to work from.
